Case Study - Commercial
North Wales based construction company, G M Jones Ltd, is building a new £1.3m head office in Llanrwst on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park in record time thanks to adopting a range of innovative building methods. One of these is our Future Found foundation system.
Future Found is a passive foundation system that is manufactured off-site and installed in 2 to 3 days rather than the 2 weeks it usually takes using traditional materials. This means major cost and time savings – as much as 30% savings on both materials and labour costs.
In addition to cost savings, Future Found also offers high insulation qualities and has been continually improved to eliminate wall floor cold bridges. One of the key features of the system is that it will not diminish over time and is unaffected by water.
